Thank you for the 2 apartments that you reserved for me this year (so far) I was very pleased with them. Over the last 4 months we have become very good friends, I like the personal touch that you give to your customers. I found that some businesses in Kiev put dollars first and people second, but I found with your business the person came first, and in my book that counts for a lot.I wish your business every success in the future you deserve it, also I hope the new apartment that you were working on when I was in Kiev in August 2002 brings you much business.
